Note that both are X99 boards which is used for the i7 5820k or 5930k LGA 2011-3 CPUs.

the first board is the Deluxe which is Asus 2nd Flagship board just under the Rampage V OC board. The X99-A is simiar to the Z97-A which is a no frills board and supports multi GPU setups and good audio minus the features like the extra OC pins which is found in the Deluxe and Rampage.

Also the Deluxe comes with AC WiFi in build into the mobo. More support for SATA SSDs and M.2 SSDs too. And a tons of fan headers.
