White/blue would looks more elegant as the black is used very often. But it's up to you. Try to google "[color1] [color2] pc build" and you can get pretty good results

i'm from Philippines my initial build plan is i5 4690k + sabertooth + nzxt h440 budget will be $1200-1300 cpu only
