Show off your crappy old rigs because you are too poor to get a good pc.

I have a crappy 2009 Dell. The only thing I've done to it is get a 1TB HDD and 2GBs more of ram.

Specs:

Core 2 Duo

Crap Integrated GPU

1TB HDD

4 GB of ram

I use it for "gaming" and by that I mean spending hours modding the hell out of games so I may be able to get them to run at 30 FPS.

My biggest achivement if getting Skyrim to run at 30+ FPS on Medium on a good day.

PC SPECS: Athlon 860k, MSI 380 4GB, 8GB memory, 1TB HDD, Fractal Design Core 1000

I used to have a "desktop" HP with a laptop APU, specifically the AMD E-450, I used that for gaming (Or at least I tried) for a solid 3.5 years. FFS it didn't even have a power supply, it used an external power brick. But that's what a 11 year old me gets when you spend $300 on a prebuilt.

“It would seem that Our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased.”

It's better than intergrated graphics and I can play games a little better, but it's amazing.

I can at least play stuff like Skyrim and Mirror's Edge now.

For comparison, I did a small benchmark with a system my brother has, with and without that Quadro.
