Indie Games...Will they always be the easy to play games

This may be an OCD pushed post but i had to ask it.

 

Indie games today are the easy to play games that need Low-Mid range Hardware. Do you think this will always be the case [Pardon the pun] or could they become highly graphical and intensive games.

"Good" graphics generally requires a reasonably large team to create them, and since indie games typically don't have the funding required to do this, it's not often that you'll see it.

 

Sure it's possible, but if it ever happens I couldn't see it happening often.

As Dave Zember said, It requires more resources to make better graphics.

Not exactly indie. They had Meteor Entertainment publishing the game so they received funding from them.

So what your saying is trine 2 is easy to run. Anyways try making a game. textures are haaaard to make.
