doubt it, however I have no clue tbh, I'm still on a single 660ti.

Basically the 970 only has 3.5GB of High Speed VRAM and the other .5GB are a 7th slower than normal, not as big as a deal but NVIDIA made wrong claims and for high res it is a slightly problem, with the thing going AMD cards like the r9 290(x) are getting recommended way more often now

I was reading somewhere on Reddit/r/BaPC and some guy was worried about how if his gameplay in DoTA will be dropped if he continued using the 970. He was going to return it. He was using a Sony 720p TV.

Did some tests with two 290Xs on an 4670K and it didn't, so I guess you'll be fine.

You need a good PSU and Casefans tho. That, and a closed design headset/headphones.
