HDD Faster than SSD...WTF :( :(

These are the results i got from my Seagate barracuda 2TB (picture with 4 results) and my SSD (result on its own) should my HDD be getting them speeds or is there something wrong with the software?

I'm guessing you have a V300?

 

I guess so, in OP's profile it says "Kingston SSD"

I'm guessing you have a V300? You got scammed m8, they replaced the flash in that SSD with garbage.

yeah its a v300 lol :) but is was before the new flash so i dont know :)

The reads  is what it should be, the writes are a little too high (50mb)

Funny. I actually got my SSD (Kingston HyperX 3K) from my older brother, and we bought it at Staples. We originally picked up the V300, but on our way back I was reading reviews on it on his phone, and it shifted from 4/5 to nothing but 1/2 star reviews. We returned it and got the HyperX 3K. And it's been running great. :)

Yeah, Kingston really got caught with their pants down on the v300. Embarrassing. That's why they sell it at filthy casual stores like staples/

Kingston V300 SSDs are garbage. Samsung, Intel, Crucial SSDs are a lot better.

And also, why is this thread in the 'Water Cooling' section?
