That is the worst plan ever. The CPU probably bottlenecks. I could personally build a cheaper BUT better PC than this. Also, some of those SSDs are bad. Finally, an 80 some dollar DVD drive??? not even blueray....

idk if OP knows what he is doing or maybe this a troll

Desktop: i5 4670k, Z97-K, 16GB, MSI GTX 770, Evga 850G2, TT T31

Just for the record, take a peak at what I run. This is how you spend 6 grand...

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/NBTtsY

Of course if that's 6 grand US, just pick up a second 980

dude your build is completely unbalanced :) Why do you have a 1500watt PSU?

A) runs silent even on current overclock. (about 500W)

B) I'm not finished yet, want at least a 2nd 980, and a sound card.

C) basically I wanted room to rebuild it a few times. You might notice just about everything in it (and especially the core components) have 7-10 year warranties

Still, even with a second 980 you won't even reach 650watts.... And you have a 5960x with only one 980?

650? closer to 750-800 after overclocking it.

and yeah a 980 over here is about 800 bucks. Wanted to get it up and running and my tax return was running out

Had to delay the second 980, the sound card, the water cooling loop, the extra hard drive for all my po.... I mean games.

Still looking to replace all the fans with noctua nf12 industrials as well.

Currently the noisiest component is the pump on the AIO. and if there's any noise in the room at all I can't even hear that.

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/qsball1999/saved/VJhBD3 (NO MONITORS OR KEYBOARD ETC.)

This is a Crazy build, you definitely don't need any of this, assuming you're a video editior of some type...

But at the looks of your profile picture, I hope this is just a joke of some sort,

Hell... It's about time.

A Machine like this is designed to be a Gaming PC and a Video Editing Rig.

If you're only going to game on this machine it would be a better decision to go for a Intel Core i7-5930K as it will do as well as the 5960X in gaming.

Main Machine:  16 inch MacBook Pro (2021), Apple M1 Pro (10 CPU, 16 GPU Core), 512GB SDD, 16GB RAM

Gaming Machine:  Acer Nitro 5, Core i7 10750H, RTX 3060 (L) 6GB, 1TB SSD (Boot), 2TB SSD (Storage), 32GB DDR4 RAM
