Could I do a 2 way SLI using an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti and a EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti?

No, unless the card is based on a previous generation card (which the 750ti is not) like the 280x and the 7970, you can't

you need the same Card and the same amount of Vram.

That's only for AMD, the GTX 770 and GTX 680 are the same GPU core underneath, I don't believe you can SLI those.

The 770 is a refresh of the architecture in the 680, that's why you can't SLI them

Alright, well then give an example of different generation Nvidia cards running in SLI. My point is, Cross-Generation Dual-Card setups are exclusive to AMD AFAIK.

Probably, however if Nividia ever did make a rebrand of the same card, you would be able to do it (probably...)

Go compare the GTX 680 and GTX 770 specs, I'm 99% it's the same die underneath with BIOS changes and higher stock clocks.

No. It has to be the same card there are no exceptions...you can even mix and match brands (EVGA 750ti with Asus 750ti) but you can't mix different card models together like a GTX970 and a GTX980.
