R9 280 or 285

Hello

I'm building my PC soon in about a month or so and I really cannot find a card to stick with! I REALLY do not want to screw up and get a certain part wrong so I've made several posts and I'd like to thank everyone who has helped me so far! Anyway I'm stuck between the R9 280 or 285 (GTX 960 slightly out of my price range and I don't think it outperforms the R9 280/285). Also the R9 280x not to sure about the card I mean I don't really want to pay an extra $30 for a slight increase of performance. Budget for card slightly over $200 or below it

This is my build

A 280x is quite a bit faster than a R9 280 and a 285 at stock. Although the 285 can be overclocked to 280x speeds (usually) but you'd still be limited with of 2gb VRAM.

285 has some newer tech, such as True Audio, I believe?

Freesync support on the R9 285 is the big one, but I don't think thats very important on a mid tier card since you wont be getting over 60fps with it anyway (i.e. you won't be buying a 144hz monitor and pairing it with an R9 285).
