What happened to NDA after release being unethical

If Linus would release the Video which includes Specs and performance NVIDIA would sue the fuck out of him, NDA is still there

Anyone who buys before non-cherrypicked benchmarks come out may regret it. I hope the 256bit ti version is not just a rumour, because that's the one to wait for spec-wise.

And? i don't see your point. If nda is AFTER the release date he should 

just look the other way and forget about that deal entirely, no coverage

on the 960. Because that is bullshit. Otherwise he is a giant filthy hypocrite.

Btw guys, are there anything that would prove that Ti versions are coming too? Because after the release of 960 specs and etc everyone seems to forget about Ti's and it got quiet again :D

I don't think a 960ti is coming, i mean look at the prices, 280-300$, the 970 is 350$, i think that by that difference, you can't just launch a 960ti 30$ cheaper(i guess) than a 970 cuz makes no sense, just go get a 970, and even the 960, with those prices it's still very much worth it to try and get those extra 50-70$ and get a 970.

I am pretty sure this is the case, I haven't heard a single thing from within the industry about a TI version
