XFX R7 260x water block compatibility!

Hi!

I'm looking to watercool my GPU, and I can't seem to find a block compatible with this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150689&cm_re=XFX_R7_260x-_-14-150-689-_-Product

No, I'm not interested in the corsair cooler or the NZXT G10, as they do not have the proper mounting for this ASIC.

M'hoping someone here can find me a block that fits.

I don't think any companies make waterblocks for any GPU's that aren't considered high end.

Desktop: i9 11900k, 32GB DDR4, 4060 Ti 8GB 🙂

Well, that seems silly.

Not really; gpu's like this generally dont run hot enougph to require it unless you push a massive overclock. and if thats the case most peoples logic says just get a better card instead of investing in a water block and a lower end card.

System CPU : Ryzen 9 5950 doing whatever PBO lets it. Motherboard : Asus B550 Wifi II RAM 80GB 3600 CL 18 2x 32GB 2x 8GB GPUs Vega 56 & Tesla M40 Corsair 4000D Storage: many and varied small (512GB-1TB) SSD + 5TB WD Green PSU 1000W EVGA GOLD

You can trust me, I'm from the Internet.

They don't make them, they never make waterblocks for low end cards.

Honestly, putting a waterblock on a card that costs less than the waterblock sounds silly.

Mneh, oregon is inbound for a hot summer, and AC isn't gonna cut it.

How, that card is slow? Water cooling a card actually heats the room up even more.

There might be a way to modify a water block from another card, so it will fit on your 260x.

Not when the radiator assembly is ran to the basement.

That's too much money for something so slow..

After reading this I would have to say Just get a window AC unit (or a bigger one if you already have one)

When your room gets to 110F in the summer, yeah, all heat is going OUT of my room.

Power consumption would exceed my rooms current limit.

if your dead set on it you could get a universal block and just point a fan at the vrms and Vram.

an http://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-vga-supremacy.html would work according to EK.

You're willing to spend money for literally a minimal effect?

When you blow $3200 on a .300 AAC, you just stop caring.

If you own the House how much would it cost to run a new 20A circuit for an ac unit. It is not a huge DIY project depending on the style of house especially if you have an attic or basement/crawlspace.

Not my house, and it'd be fairly cheap as my wall outlet is right above the breaker panel.

Could probably use it as I have about 20 things on one outlet.
