Looks decent, but yeah, why are you buying two of each part? You could build a great PC for $1200.

try and get 8GB of ram.

Also why not an APU?

For a budget PC, I might also suggest going for the AMD side. It would be a great choice for the price to performance ratio of a low-cost PC.

why get an apu when i can get just the gpu and the cpu and going intel gives me more upgradeability instead of getting an fm2 board and have to get an fm2 cpu or get a new motherboard and a new cpu.

What do you mean by upgradability? Either way, you will have to get a new motherboard and CPU when you upgrade.

You order from the other places, but it links you to all of the places. Also, it has price matching, so you can decide where you want to buy the certain component from.

I did not list the RAM as 8GB of Crucial DDR3-1600 comes free with the motherboard as a limited offer. This will give you a quality power supply, one of the best bang for the buck graphics cards with 2GB of GDDR5, great looking case, 1tb of storage, 8 cores, and a motherboard that will allow you to overclock it well over 4 ghz. If you spend another $30-50, you can get yourself a nice liquid cooler for the CPU.

I forgot about the OS, but you don't have to buy 2 of those as long as you get the full version which is about $170. How about this:

CPU:  AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($109.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard:  ASRock 990FX Extreme3 ATX  AM3+/AM3 Motherboard  ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card:  XFX Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card  ($154.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $514.94
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

RAM comes with the motherboard. You buy two of each build totaling $1029.88, get Windows 7 Home Premium Full for $169.95 reaching a grand total of $1199.83.

I live in Canada though so that makes ordering from the us a bit complicated also we dont really have that good of a deal so i cant get above a fx 4100 for the price to match the one with the 8320.

This scrapes the budget a bit but here you go: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/1awks

If you could go with a single retail Windows 7 for cheaper, it'd be cheaper though.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/
