Looking for a Quiet HD 7950

Hi guys, i'm gonna buy a hd 7950 for my new pc, i was looking for a quiet card, i hear that the xfx is really louder when you are over the 50%, and i can't find a Asus DirectCU ii edition anywhere, so, what you recommend me?

Thanks for the help.

A lot of people say that Sapphires Dual-X is quiet, but it can be a little loud FYI.  At least the 3L version is.

I've had a good experience with MSI Twin Frozr, but I think they charge quite a bit extra for that over a stock 7950.

WHATEVER YOU DO dont get Asus, they have once again fucked a whole batch of coolers up and you run a very high chance that the cooler wouldnt work and then bam, mr gpu sees the light.

I have an xfx card, its not loud at all even at 100% but i have game sounds quite high so that might be part of it. Anyways get a Sapphire vapor x card, MSI twin frozr, gigabyte windforce. Stay away from Asus for the 7950 and VTX3d.
