Asus GTX 970 HELP

I know its been asked so many times but I don't really find good enough answers for me to do it! If possible I would need a step by step on how to over clock my graphics card. Let me know if you could help me.

My setup is:
Intel I7 4770k (over clock to 4.4)
Asus Z87 Formula Motherboard 
Corsair 750 rm power supply
6 fans in my case
Corsair H105 for my CPU
I think I should be ok with temps because of my set up but I know everything could be a problem!

download msi afterburner move the clock slider bit by bit until it is too hot or no longer stable

I wouldn't go with any company but Asus because I like their products and customer service!

test using valley benchmark or some other thing that puts load on your gpu

I love asus, only asus mobos for me; but for GPU's gigabyte all the way!

Gigabyte G1 windforce 970/980 cards are the best 970/980 and soon 960 cards.

 

Mine runs are 1400mhz stock (gig g1 windforce 970), no overclocking

 

Yes it is "That good"

 

Edit: Since it's long as Africa (Lol pun), and has 3 metal fans it stays pretty cool and quite. 

 

Windforce has a patent pending (It's the most unique GPU casing I've seen that does something other than pretty colors)

 

(Waterforce is a sceme to rob rich people, windforce worked too well)

 

Gigabyte does things with GFX cards other than slap colors and cheap fans onto them.
