Splitting a pc for three guys

I am planning to build my pc , but since i work with two other friends i was wondering if anyone knows how could i split that pc so that there are three monitors displaying different content with different users in one pc .

That would need to be one hell of a powerful PC. 

It could be down through a Virtual Machine although i'd recommend against it, especially as gaming (assuming that's the use) will be more or less impossible. 

If gaming is not the use then it could certainty be done, although i'm not sure how you would need to go about setting up the mice and keyboards.

that won't be possible, if your use for the system is just office work, you can get by without a gpu and you have each his own system

That's not very possible..

Would you 3 all be gaming? That would require a powerful PC.. Why not go for 3 PC's for the same price as one?

It's possible, it's call Multiseat configuration
