No but a lot of manufacturers allow you to take screenshots with a USB plugged in.

If using UEFI, W8+ and GPT then all BIOS settings can be saved from Windows. Depending how locked down the BIOS is they can also be written back. The biggest problem though is that saved settings may not be compatible across different BIOS versions.

The UEFI shell can be used to accomplish the same if W8 and GPT is not an option.

It will usually save a lot more than you will see in the BIOS. For instance here's a rough idea of general BIOS settings in you 1603 BIOS, there are other settings not shown.

But perhaps you are only interested in a few of them

Yeah to edit it I had to disable javascript. It might work better if you post it as two separate posts, and I can remove the original (or an attachment would also work). The OP probably gets the point though, so it might not be necessary.
