If you meant watching the whole thing, CES is waay to big for livestreaming the whole complete thing, however, if this can answer your question, Linus will make some short videos about some things he sees at CES, like lots of other tech channels.

PC perspective already has a bunch of videos up if you're interested, they're better than linus IMO

Can't watch the whole thing, but you can watch seperate companies live stream.

 

LG had one and I know AMD and Intel and Asus and pretty much every other company should be live streaming their press conferences. Youtubers like Linus, JayzTwoCents, TechSmartt, Android Authority, etc are also other sources to watch CES and the coverage.

So will it be streamed on twitch?(Parts of it)

May I remind you that CES is a very large corporate event with lots of things going on at the same time, so it can be pretty difficult to see everything in detail, but you can expect lots of coverage including articles, videos and livestreams from various companies, as well as the media, press, journalists, ect...
