Is there any news whatsoever on a new Homeworld game?

I would LOVE to see a new Homeworld game. Even a HD remake of the original or ANY of the other ones would be fine. 

 

I just really like the depth of the strategy, with the 3D maps and everything. 

That and the hyperspace jump animations were SO COOL.

 

Is there any news? I forgot who bought the rights, was it Gearbox?

I would buy ANYTHING Homeworld related man D:, unfortunately I haven't heard ANYTHING about it.

 

An HD remake would be pretty damn sweet.

Oh my. That brings back memories. Thank you for that.

As for buying anything Homeworld related, I can agree. I would spend hundreds just to get a HD remake.
