This build needs to include a monitor and a decent wireless card, its for a friend who wants to get into pc gaming. 750 dollars is already pushing it so yeah try not to go over that.

fractal core and n200 are close enough that it doesn't really matter and I would take an asrock h81 board over a biostar b85 board anyday.

They're hardly close. The Core 1100 lacks support for ~160mm heatsinks, comes with less fans, and has worse/less fan/drive mounts.

Brand loyalty is silly especially when it results in spending more for less features.
