Duplicate photo finder

Is there a good way to find and delete duplicate photos, my sister has thousands of pics on her computer and wants to remove all of the duplicates.  is there a program or method of quickly removing them.

If you download CCleaner, go to tools, and then to Duplicate Finder. I think that'll work.

ccleaner has a duplicate finder

 

avg PC tune-up also has one, and I think this one specifically lets you choose only photo files, while ccleaner will always do all files.

you can download the free trial of AVG tune-up, use it to delete all the duplicates, then uninstall it without having to pay/buy anything
