Minimum overclock for a 4790k

What is the arbitrary minimum overclock you can expect to see on a 4790k using a Hyper 212 Evo cooler

You really can't really predict it, but probably 4.4 or higher.

should get up to 4,3 easy but don't forget the Silicon Lottery

1 Mhz at least, you might consider asking maximum next time

4.4ghz (it's stock turbo speed). It's not technically an overclock but there is a chance your cpu won't get any fast if it's a bad chip. But I would say you can safely hit 4.6ghz

Well it hits 4GHz on all cores out of the box. Most people are getting 4.7GHz however an unlucky few are stuck at 4.5-4.6GHz.

If you lose the silicon lottery...basically 0MHz.

I meant an overclock that most people are able to achieve normally if that makes it clearer
