HELP! Soundblaster z or Realtek ALC 1150

Hi I'm new with audio stuff, so I want to ask you if should I buy a Soundblaster Z or just continue with my internal audio. I have a Z87-Pro MB that comes with realtek alc 1150 so do you think that I'm going to notice the difference between both?

 

What do you recommend me?

The soundcard is worse.

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
