Check your extensions. If you can't see anything unusal, go to your "Uninstall a Program" to see if anything's unusal there.

Install anything you shouldn't have?

It is adware and it is very new it seems from my searches I just did on Google for it.  With that said it might be a tough one to get rid of.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

Get AdBlock? Idk if that works just on youtube or the whole browser.

Anwyays check your extensions, add/remove programs too see if anything there is unnnecessary and may have installed itself on there and run an anti-virus scan.

Run Spybot (1.6) and Malwarebytes. That will help you a lot

Yes, do all the scanning and such. Also if you never want to see ads just use AdBlock Plus, its free and you can enable ads on trusted websites (like this one) and it can block harmful ads and popups.

its gone, thanks for the link @anders_b ! ;)

EDIT: Now I remember! :D it was yesterday when I tried hard to download music for newyears party on the good old mrtzmp3 dot net or what ever the name was back then. I had to install something if I remember correctly, but I think it was optionanal - dont know. So either Im an idiot (very likely) or just stay away from this evil site!
