^ It's crap for at least what you're doing.

Are you open to building your own system instead?

This belongs in the New Builds and Planning section. I'm moving the thread.

For Simcity an Minecraft I'd suggest to have at least a small dedicated graphics card.

but as @xnoobftw pointed out, you can do better, by building your own, even with peripherals.

I doubt you could play Minecraft on it because it lacks a GPU. Build your own, you won't regret it.

Are you limited to ComputerAlliance or are you open to other Australian shops?

I can play minecraft 60 fps 720p (the resolution of my laptop) with good settings on integrated graphics with the i5 3230M @2.6ghz-3.2ghz. Though I'd still recommend building your own PC for better value and performance! :)

I know australias weather is hot so i got intel. its only 10 bucks more expensive than 6300

If you need windows get a pentium and cheaper hard drive 1tb or ssd 120gb depends how much space you need.

Its not overpriced for australia.  However, still, building a custom PC is better.   For your need its best to have a mid-low end graphics card that can handle all the game you want to play no prob and will allow more room for better parts and looks etc.

If you feel you can't build it go to your local computer store and ask if they build computers, if they do you could probably pay them and give them the parts and they'll build it for you.

My Recommendation: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/6DVLqs

TLDR:

CPU: core i3 4160

RAM: 8GB

Hard Drive: 1TB

GPU: GTX 750ti

PSU: 430watts

It will play prison architect and Minecraft fairly easily. I have played both on the same integrated graphics. He may not need an graphics card. But I can't speak for the other games the OP has mentioned though. But the others are right he could build a much better PC on your own for that price.

My Gaming Rig (Build November 2014):

CPU: i7-4790K | CPU Cooler: H110 | Motherboard: MSI Z97s SLI Plus | RAM: Vengeance DDR3 1886 MHz 2 x 4GB |
GPU: GTX 970 G1 Gaming | SSD: 2 x 840 EVO 250GB and 2 x 850 EVO 250GB in RAID0 | PSU: HX750 | Case: Fractal Design XL R2 |
