Either going into a new monitor (34um95 or the new Acer 4k, can't decide ._.), a second 970 or (probably not) a pair auf Beyerdynamic T90 (Jubilee) and amp/dac.

It could have been used. It was bought by someone with little to no tec knowledge, it came in a blank brown box and it says LG and super-multi on the front.

I love the lateral SSD's, I would go nuts with Samsung 850 PRO 256GB x 4 in a RAID 0 (after finding a good RAID controller card) and use a 4TB external for backup...that would be sweetness. Problem is that after checking Corsair does not offer a side panel with (2) 140mm fan mount locations for cool air on GPU(s) and I am not willing to sacrifice all the cool air intake/positive air pressure I got going in my CM HAF XM. I don't really care about the window. I also want to mount my 280mm cooler in front and exhaust hot air out the top (since heat naturally rises). You would think that with all the cases available today that at least one would let me do all this. Sorry for venting. Anways, Happy Holidays to you and much admiration for your rig, it makes my imagination soar!

A 16GB USB drive from Kingston, an old card reader (which I'll give to my friend, because i can't use it), and an old Microsoft controller, which might be useful for some emulators.

Now if only Windows 7 would install .... (I'm kidding). Some of you may have seen this photo before as I opened it up and tested it before my mother wrapped it up (With her permission as had to give eBay feedback).

 

Very cool little bit of history and it is now my oldest bit of tech that I have dating in 1982.
