I'd love to put this CPU through it's paces; video rendering, modelling and stitching massive 50 image panoramas! :D 

 

..And of course the 5820k will need some company - a quality x99 mobo, DDR4 ram and SLI GPU setup to match!! I would create an absolute powerhouse.... oh and hell - maybe it can replace my z77 gaming rig while we're at it.

ALL the gamings! Would be cool to get back into ROM building too, and this would definitely cut the compiling times significantly compared to my ancient Phenom II X4.

Ive been looking into getting one of these. im starting my own App development company and getting one of these will really help speed up gradle build times... stupid gradle...

I would finish my first PC build with an X99 chipset instead of the z97 which is what I can afford at hte moment. Merry Christmas. :-)
