So answer me this in a price to performance:

M40X or M50X?

Also are they fully over ear :P

M40x, yes they are.

Nope. Never. They are way too over priced for me to even consider buying them and I don't buy gaymen headsets.

Enjoy those tacos now, for in 1000 years they will be illegal... eh Ha Ha Ha! I think we all know why.

No they are not. At all.

And no need to be vulgar about it.  Gay should not be used as a derogatory term.

I'd go with a nice pair of stand-alone headphones and get a modmic to go with it, way better solution

If you need a closed back headset, get the hyperx cloud.

Yeah

So then why did you say that if I wanted closed back I should get the HyperX  Cloud if I want closed back?

I would get the m50x. You're not cheaping out with them, they sound quite a bit better then the astro a40s.

You mean M40x with sounds the same as the M50x for what the M50x should cost?

The m40xs are more analytical, but still very similar.

Between them and HyperX cloud which ones leak the least?!

Unless you listen at damaging levels, or what ever you don't want listening is permanent taped too your head, it won't matter which you get.

I reckon the ath-50 no x is quite good value. Otherwise the ath-40x is a good option as well. Also, the hyper x ones are actually one of the better gaming headsets
