I need you guys to make a list of parts for a PC with Windows 8.1, and a network card that can play games like Skyrim, BF4, ect on high to ultra with 40+ FPS. My budget is $660*

Hm, how do you feel about upgrading your cpu later on down the road? I can think of a build with a great upgrade path if you're willing to upgrade once you get the funds. :D

I stand corrected. That's a real good build.

Granted, it's a lot higher than $700 once you include tax. And I think there's a 4gbx2 kit that's cheaper.

I just took the 600$ budget build from PCPP and changed it a bit, I think that PCPP chooses the lowest priced one but i'm not sure. It says that the price includes shipping and taxes but i'm not sure about that either. :3

I don't think it includes the tax, because it doesn't know what state you live in. It'd vary too much.

Shipping I think is included though.
