Hello, I am new to this forum and I was suggested to ask for help here by a friend.

Here is my Situation,

My Processor has been idling somewhere around 50c since I added 2 r9 290x's into my custom loop and up to 75 in games.

I used to have a GTX titan Watercooling and Never had this issue

My Setup

i73770K 3.5GHz @ 4.5ghz 1.260v
2 XFX R9 290x 4GB CF
Fractal Define R4
MSI-Z77-Mpower
CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 16GB

2 Corsair SP 120 Quiet
2 Corsair SP 120 Quiet PWM
1 Corsair AF 140 Quiet

RADS:2 Black Ice GT 240 Gen Two
Res:EK Dual 5.25" Bay Reservoir
D5 Pump on max speed
EK Supremacy EVO CPU Waterblock
Using distilled water with Primochill utopia additive.

I Spoke with someone from Frozen CPU who said my fans are not strong enough to push air through my rad's  and suggested I get Noctua fans, But before I go dropping $200 on fans I would Like  some advice

I have already Tried Re seating my CPU water block and CPU.  Delliding is not an option.

The fans are fine. Whoever told you that they are not is dumb, don't listen to them.

Do you have a flow meter and liquid temp sensor?
We would need that information to find out where the issue is.

You have a nice and clean loop, but man those R9 290Xs can be some serious heat. Your temps seem really elevated, what's your room temperature? Do you feel it increases fast when you put your system on load?

What are your GPU temps?

Maybe it is true that your fans don't have enough kick, Corsair fans are not bad, but neither they are great compared to high end fans. At what fan speed are you running them?

Are there any sensors you have? Pressure, water temp, etc. I can't really think it's the fans tbh,

This is not a surprise. Adding two 290X's into the same loop as your CPU will increase CPU temperatures, because two 290Xs will introduce a lot more heat into the loop then a single Titan.

You need more radiator space.  The R9 290Xs have massive heat problems, and even though people say 120mm AIO per component, thats just not enough, especially when everything is overclocked.

Those fans are fine.

If its not a flow problem, which I don't think it is, I don't think you have enough radiator space.

Rad space is probably the issue. I'm not sure just adding another 120mm would help though

You never mentioned the ambient room temperature. If it's 40 degrees those temps would be understandable..

This might sound odd, but try turning your fans down. The rads your using are better at a lower rpm with a high static pressure.

what orientation are you fans? all push, all pull etc?

Could be heatsoak in the system if air isn't circulating and if your rads get hot (with the warmer GPUs) they wont be cooling the water well...

Problem may be that you have two very slim 240 rads trying to get rid of 500w (Or more) of heat from the 290x's and they just can't get rid of it fast enough to keep the water cold enough to cool the CPU.  The fact that the radiators have such dense FPI may be the other issue.

You could try getting push/pull on your radiators since 30 FPI is very dense, and see if that helps any.

Edit: you may not even be able to do push/pull on the bottom rad since you have the HDD cages in the way.

my fan speed it like max to 1450.Like i need fans like go up to  2000rpm or higher  in order to to see better temp, The last thing is i don't wanna spend almost 200 for fans

Fans aren't your problem.  Well, your main problem.  You don't have enough radiator space.  Not enough radiator space is what is holding you back from getting the temps you want.

I'm going to try and sum everything up and give you a final answer.

Your 290's are producing too much heat along with your CPU overclock.  Bottom line: you need more radiator space.  If you cannot do that, then lower your clock speeds to get lower and more comfortable temps.

The rad's are quite thick so a push/pull setup would help a little but the most drastic temperature decrease would come from more rad space and lower clock speeds.

Ok so my option are one i can go and put my spare 120 rad and in my loop with a flowmeter and temp sensor   is what happen. Now if still that give me a problem with temp than my second  option is go with a new case and figure out what rads i need to go with. Good thing is i want to said thank you guys to help me out if you got any idea just tell me

Another 120mm rad isn't going to be enough.  I think you need 240mm per component if you're overclocking and trying to get sub 50C temps.

I agree.  I'd say 240 would be sufficient.  If you're going to order new rads, get lower FPI..like 20.  Also, I want to say again that it could be wise to lower your CPU clock if you're set towards gaming.  It will lower your temps a decent amount.
