Where is DELETE button?

I accidentaly make DPs when im on mobile network. Why is there no DELETE option for my own posts?

Whats the thought process behind not giving this option to forum members?

idk its not really necessary, you make a post and if you said something wrong you can edit it, and if you made a post without meaning too... well idk how you'd do that but soon enough it'll be lost in the sea of other posts and people will forget about it

the closest you get is reporting your own post and letting a mod take care of it.

Allowing us to delete would likely create more mess than it would solve.

 

I haven't used mobile so i don't know what the issue is.. just press once

and wait patiently?

I only double post inside topics, not when i create a topic so i dont want to contact mods just for that.

Reporting isn't really contacting. And if you don't do it yourself, someone else who gets annoyed by it will.

Just report the post. It's what we're here for (and the faster it's reported, the quicker it's dealt with).

We don't want to let people delete their own posts because it has the potential to be abused.
