also if you're sure you won't sli don't buy those mobo that has a lot of pci-e slots if you can save a few bucks.

The OP didn't even make any mention of the cpu/socket being used..

Assume he's using the latest mainstream socket (1150 in this case) and it usually works out :P

he did say good motherboard.

I did opt some good socket. I can even say opt for FM2 socket or am3+.

just to give TS a general idea since right now nothing for amd is kinda decent on the am socket motherboard and only decent stuff right now is their am2+ or whatever is coming next.

Live your life like a dream.

An incompatible motherboard isn't good.

A specific motherboard recommendation isn't just giving a general idea either.

@WoodenMarker, i dont need any OC'ing/SLI/CFX capabilities, just a standard motherboard. Just the basic ones, and one that can support DDR3-1600

what CPU are you using?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

That's pretty much every 1150 motherboard. If you don't need any special features, pretty much any lga 1150 board will do.

Advice isn't good just because it can be given.
