No....Just no. They haven't. If anything they've raised a challenge for use to see just how much we can outdo them.

Kind of, Its a lot more than 1%, there are games like Metro, Tomb Raider, Wolfenstein, Titanfall, Borderlands, Diablo 3, Metal Gear Rising, Alien Isolation, Mass Effect, Dark Souls 2 (control issues aside), Far Cry 3, Dead Space (to an extent), Shadow Of Mordor, etc etc etc

 

There are lots of multiplatform games that run and look better on PC, and work great across PC and console alike

 

The most common games at the moment are Ubisoft titles, and COD, and the occasional AAA that are poorly optimised, in general I honestly do not have that many issues with the majority of ports

 

Its just that the few BIG games that come along that are great sometimes get terrible PC ports

oh by 1% i meant pc exlusives that look awesome. Most games do look better on pc but nowhere as good as they could look if they only optimized for pc
