Zalman R1 (Basicaly a Fractal Define R4 for half the price and entirely made out of plastic .. its not a bad build quality though).

The Corsair Spec 01 is pretty decent for the price (side panel window is a selling point for me too  )

In my country the n600 costs 68 € = 80 $

And the n600 (with window) costs 100 € = 90 $
