Quiet Static Pressure Fans

Matimo

How has no one mention these...

Eloops, multi frames, Air penetrators, apache/viper/hyperboreas, twiter pressures/magmas are all good too

I guess, because they are hard to find.

Air Penetrators are great case fan, but I found them to be perform pretty bad on a Heatsink, they Just don't push that much air.

You can get black noctua fans.

I would recommend noctua or noiseblocker for pressure and quiet.

What model is that, I'm liking the black noctua fans, might get those too

I use the corsair SP on mine but you can definitely hear them when the machine ramps up..the noctua fans are the best but the industrial ones are loud. If yr going the noctua get normal ones if yr not building a beast

My normal ones max out around 1200. The black ones look much better and sound the same at 1200 but, with more head room. I'm a gamer so I don't care how loud fans are while gaming. As long as they don't sounds annoying like my corsairs.
