How demanding are flight sims?

i can run flight simulator x on a single 1080p monitor with my 270x on ultra, i would recommend SLI 970 or crossfire r9 290

I play war thunder and its fairly demanding. 

anything below 60fps is just not an option as it feels just horrible.

Three 1080 would require a serious graphics setup.

It was probably because I posted from my phone and I changed from wifi to lte halfway through since wifi was being stupid.

I've only had a chance to experiment with Ace Combat, and based on what I've played, they're not. Often times, the buildings are quite low res and the terrain quality is quite low. This is from someone running with 2x 670s (2GB), and who's had no problem running Microsoft Flight Simulator on a Core 2 Duo (albeit on a 768 single screen)
