What keyboards do you consider "solid"?

Having trouble deciding on all the range of keyboards offered by different brands. Do let me know the type's of keyboard's you'd recommend, be it membrane or mechanical down below.

Ducky Shine II, or if you can wait, Ducky Shine III......I have two Ducky Shine II's, waiting for DS III to debut. The thing I love about Ducky, and Filco, is that they do not require bloatware to run well. Simply plug in, perhaps Windows would install its generic driver and off you go....

Honestly, any mechanical keyboard these days can probably be considered solid. The only exceptions might be the original Blackwidow or the old X-Armor/iOne keyboard that had some issues.

edit: seriously though, I agree with the Ducky keyboards, I know my CM storm keyboard is manufactured in the same place, so I can vouch for that.

Seriously, I've tried several brands - Filco, Ducky, CM, Armaggeddon (there's a hoopla over at the Video, News and Ramblings thread over a recent vid on Armaggeddon) - and I can say all, yes, even the Armaggeddon, seem to be pretty well made, or solid in other words. But in terms of build quality and overall feel of the KB, I'd say Filco and Ducky hands down. But honestly, nothing beats old skool KB, I have a Lexmark Model M and the sucker rulez them all. For a 20 year old KB, it looks spanking new, works flawlessly, and gosh, the higher force needed to actuate the stroke due to its buckling spring and the noise it makes is just heaven......I love it!

I've got a CM Storm Quickfire Rapid (Cherry MX Blue), and I don't think I could find a way to physically break it. For only $65 bucks (when I bought it - amazon) it was easily one of my better purchases

Logitech is always a good bet, they've been doing this forevers.

 

I use a Mionix myself, but I can't recommend them as I've experienced issues with both I've owned, I will say though that their online customer support is lovely.

I say the Logitech G510 is great. I don't care for mechanical keyboards, so this one is great for me. I also like the Logitech software that it uses. Logitech is always a solid brand in general.
