In the first video I see a 780 Ti performing better then a stock 970

Well I'm not sure exactly where you are looking, but from the two videos I posted the 970 is clearly better than the 780ti...

The first video shows the 970 equal to the 780ti at stock, and the overlcocked 970 performing far better than the 780ti, almost as well as the 980.

The second video again shows the 780ti and 970 equal, with the 980 on top for 95% of the time.

 

Also keep in mind that the 970OC was only a 100MHz overclock. Imagine the difference when you OC it by 300+MHz, it will outperform a stock 980.
