I bought a computer for $20 4Gb Ram DDR2, 380GB HD, gtx 650ti, amd athlon 5000 x2, what should I do with it?

That processor is still super useful. Use it as a HTPC. It could do 1080p playback very well. 

 

Either that, or use it as a backup LAN party rig so if anyone wants to game but doesn't have their PC with them, they can use that. It'll perform pretty well.

What Motherboard is this? Maybe you can do a BIOS update and put in a Phenom II X4 965. That would be a powerful 2nd PC.

If my second hand computer is anything to go by ( it cost me nothing and its got a core 2 duo e8500 OC @ 3.8GHz, a 650ti just like my main, with an 80GB drive) you can only go to 8GB, which is enough for everyday users.

A 650ti for 20 bucks is amazing. Nice find.. You could either build some sort of secondary rig or sell it. Or just mess arround with it a bit. 650ti is still a nice card.

650 ti's aren't really 650s, if you actually look at the architecture they are the same as a 660, just with fewer/disabled cuda cores.

What i would say is to sell the stuff on ebay no joke thats what i always do but make sure you sell each part seperatly to get more money
