whenever I want to know where my fingers are, I just type runescape because that game taught me how to type lol, real used to typing it

On a laptop, ASDF are where my fingers sit. On a desktop, usually just wherever the next key I'll be pressing is the general area where my left hand sits.

asd + shift + space with one hand. 

Probably because I've rebound a as move forward in WoW so I default to that position. 

 

If i'm not using the mouse, then probably the home row, though occasionally I'll be shifted over on the left hand If I've been using vim a lot that day/time. (hjkl not jkl;)

I printed a cheat sheet of the dvorak layout when I first wanted to learn it and taped that to my monitor.

And apart from that: Maybe type a lot? I started learning dvorak in my second semester, and had a lot to type since.
