I know a lot about Computers, (The average intelligence of an LTT user)

But, I have one vice... I suck at builds, and whenever I am in PCPartPicker I tend to go overkill.

I want a build that can ultra 1200p at 60fps. I would like it to run quiet and cool, and the lowest price tag possible for that performance. I have no biases to any company, so as long as the parts are reputable by all means use them.

Thanks so much! :)

EDIT: I can over clock, and would like the system to be able to run ultra for about 2-3 years before I need to use high settings.

The ssd is larger than needed. One could get by with 120GB. But the added cost is not that much and the extra space makes storage management a touch easier.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
