Need parts list for 600 usd gaming pc.

No peripheral

Running 1080p

Not going to be doing any content creation

could always add an HDD or if you budget doesn't accommodate that remove the SSD and get a bigger HDD if you need more storage

I would swap out the z87 for a asrock z97 for 99 so he can upgrade to broadwell
