Honestly I don't know where to start. But I graduate in a few months. Then I go to a school for programming and editing etc. So I can start there :) Thanks for the motivation though!

Yeah!  For me at least, it helps when you have something fun to work on.  Maybe that's the best sort of practice - doing something enjoyable and practical for yourself, like designing a useful app...

I've used thenewboston on Youtube a little for C# and for Visual Basic!  I recommend them!

If you're interested in story-telling, try getting started with Ren'Py...

It's a pretty solid storytelling/game engine that is based on Python and can make use of actual Python code...

You can play around with the included tutorial and the demo game by expanding it....

I learned the C++ basics by myself and now I'm presumably learning C, C++, C# and Java Script in school for the next 5 years.

 

Sweet!  I think C++ is probably next on my list...

Powershell,batch and the arma 2 language witch i think is mixture of python pearl and c. Other than that networking and servers is my thing but I know enough to do what I have to do.

Phew - I know nothing about networking really but I've messed with Powershell a little!

Phew - I know nothing about networking really but I've messed with Powershell a little!

Well I started learning active directory and gpos. Then did some game servers like minecraft arma ect. If you want to learn download the trial of windows server 2012 r2 and setup a little virtualized business you will learn a lot.
