well, to start, when ordering my product (red carbon fiber for xbox 360), the website was very well designed with an easy to navigate site, and witty humor, and useful tips.
After pretty much every click, there was a new witty comment, and ordering was super easy.

When checking out, i noticed another message in the form of a witty comment, telling me that super fast shipping was not needed, and they did not even let me pay for shipping.
Super bonus there, as most companies are happy to take your money for shipping that is not needed, when my package arrived literally 3 days later on standard shipping.

When it arrived, i opened up the standard envelope to find the sealed plastic wrapper with the dbrand logo on a piece of paper, the skin itself, and one other thing.

I had actually forgotten that under special request i had (jokingly) put "tell me a joke", until i opened it up and actually found a joke.

Companies that have a sense of humor, great service, good websites and most importantly a good product (i will get to that later) are hard to come by, and dbrand is one of them.

It isn't all good though. Every company can improve, and dbrand is no exception to that rule. When i went to apply the skin, that card said "There is only ONE correct way to apply this skin.. visit dbrand.com/howto"
So naturally, i go there.  Only to find that there is no guide on how to apply the skin for the 360 controller.
Luckily, it is not very complicated, so i cleaned the controller with a microfiber cloth with a splash of 99% iso Alc and made sure there was no oil or dirt on it, and slowly lowered the skin onto the controller.
Application was easy enough, and i don't see it coming off any time soon, so i suppose they get a free pass on that one.

The skin is textured, and went on with no air bubbles, and it was easy to smooth out the edges.
It feels good in the hand ( i do not know if my hand will get sweaty with long sessions of gaming yet) and does not make the controller hard to use or slippery, so that is a plus.

in the long run, i think i will be buying another skin from them (if they make a skin for my old ass macbook, i will 100% buy that) and i am very happy with my experience.

As a matter of fact, I ordered a red carbon skin from them a few days ago for the back of my Moto G 4G.

It shipped today and since I'm in Europe, they gave me a 3-6 weeks window for it to arrive. I'm waiting to see how long it will actually take, I hope it's sooner because their skins look sweet and I can't wait.

I would probably get it a lot sooner too but I opted to go with the standard mail shipping.

The super fast shipping cost almost 3 times the money of the skin itself to ship to Europe so it wasn't really worth it :) .

It's a good thing dbrand has the cheaper option available too for us over on the other side of the world, even if it takes a little longer.
