Cheap IPS monitor

So I'm looking for a cheap IPS monitor. I'm not to bothered about response time, it must be at least 23", my budget is about 150 euro (I'm living Ireland but most likely I'll have to buy from the UK).

I was looking at the Acer H236HLBID but its not on amazon atm and it was kinda overpriced when it was in stock ( like £200 wtf?).

Solid monitor, if you have the neccesary i/o go for it,
