Func HS-260 youtube audio issue

I just received my brand new Func HS-260 headphones in the mail today and started watching some videos downloaded on my pc and had no problems with the audio, but then I loaded up some youtube videos and the audio during the music videos I watched would not stop crackling. Is this a problem with chrome, youtube, or the headphones? 

 

Edit: In addition to that, when listening to music on my galaxy S3 the audio is still crackling, I believe this is a headphone issue but I'm still not sure.
