I play lots of Arma 2 OA Arma 3 and Iracing.

EVGA SuperClocked Geforce GTX 660 2GB 

 

Rosewill ARC m550 550W power supply

 

G.Skill Ripjaws X series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDr3

Intel Core I5-4440 Quad-core 3.1GHz (3.3GHz Turbo)

 

Someone plz recommend a good case that looks cool and isnt to pricey

You are spending too much on the motherboard and you are getting a meh GPU. Where are you located and what is your budget and usage case?

you should change the GPU for something like a 760 or even a 750 Ti, and the motherboard is too much for me, look at something the the MSI H97 PC mate

Might consider a SSD it makes your PC lots and lots faster. If you just buy a 60GB SSD for your OS it speeds your PC a lot.

To play on good settings and also be future proof for new games yes, the GTX660 is not gonna cut it and spending less on a GPU that you have to upgrade in a few years is a waste of money.

Frankly speaking, probably not. The lower budget option would be R9 290 (on promo), R9 280, GTX 760 etc, but the GTX 970 is so good if it's possible to get it you should Also it will make your rig last alot longer. AMD GPU is fine, it just too hot for my taste, even on aftermarket cooler, and the next option available for Nvidia side is 760, which perform much worse than the 970... (770 and 780 is out of discussion because they still have the 300-500USD price)

Hmm.. basically any GTX 970 is fine, just get the cheapest one you can find among MSI/ASUS/Gigabyte/EVGA (You should get one with a series, so for example this one is the cheapest: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-04gp42972kr that have a series to it I can find on PcPartPicker). Even one from other random manufacture is fine too, but I'm not sure about the quality/customer service of those.

For case... I cant really recommend one Case usually choose base on user preference. The one I choose up there is just something I choose by default. You can choose any case you like, as long as it fit ATX board.
