Games on PC are cheaper than games on PS4, once you buy games in the steam sale you will make up more than £100

 

plus there are tons of free to play games, plus then you have a good pc for editing photos video, working etc etc etc

PC Gamer are much cheaper, so even if your PC is more expensive, you'll balance it out

A fake i5? What? Dude, your GPU processes the graphical part, thats all you need to know. Your 4460 won't bottleneck the 750Ti. 

 

And some i5s outperform some i7s... You can't just say that i7 is the best

An i7 is basicly an i5 without hyperthreading which means that one core of an i7 simulates 2; So windows will see your i7 as a 8 core cpu and your i5 as a 4 core cpu. However most of the games only use 4 cores and 4 cores of an i5 will perform the same as 4 cores of an i7.

The 4460 is pretty common in budget builds. But don't buy a prebuilt

First and foremost, in terms of gaming, there is a negligible difference in terms of gaming. The only benefits of an i7 is during multi-threaded tasks such as rendering or 3D work. Secondly, a 4460 won't bottleneck a 750ti, let alone the R9 270X, so the processor isn't much of a concern when it comes to gaming. Finally, please improve your grammar, It's very hard to even begin to fathom what you are trying to say.

It's a haswell refresh quad core with all 4 cores over 3GHz. So in terms of gaming, it shouldn't be much of an issue.

Bottleneck means that one component is holding back the speed of another component.. like the neck of a bottle would stop water flowing
