Two hole monitor mount?

My Zalman MZ230ED 23" monitor has two mounting holes. I've never seen this before and haven't found anything on Google.

The holes are 4" from one another.

Will this work with a VESA mount or any retail mount?

Does anyone actually know what this mount is called or even seen one before?
