Looking for a cheap IPS display

Hi,

 

I am looking for a cheap IPS display that has 1080p or higher if the price is good. 

Also something that would be a factor for buying is tilting etc.

24" is fine btw.

Well this AOC monitor has a thin bezel, making it 23 inches. It has the same screen size as a 24 inch.
