I would take what dude says with a grain of salt.  The fact that it's on the "Consumerist" seems suspect as it's a blog for whiners.

Jesus christ, this makes me scared to complain to anyone about a service, lest they call my employer and fire me. This has to be illegal.

Google? There's absolutely no way Google would be better than this...unless you'd like to have ALL of your data collected.

we freely put our data on the net anyways so whats the issue? I'd even go as far as to say that I trust google more than any current government cause what are they gonna do with the info? Targeted ads? Wow ads I might actually be interested in and not completely random nonsense
